URGENT CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Urgent Coronavirus Update

In light of escalating developments regarding the Covid-19 Virus outbreak and acting on the advice issued by the Irish Government, from next Wednesday, 18th March 2020, the vast majority of Aiken Insurances staff will work remotely from home, adhering to normal operating office hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

There will be minimal staff at the office to answer phones and some queries, referring callers to the appropriate account handler remotely if necessary.

We have taken this decision to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and minimise their risk of infection and unnecessary face to face interaction.

We would like to assure members that our staff will operate on a ‘business as normal’ basis as much as possible and will continue to fully support clients and supporting brokers in an efficient and responsive manner.
