Property and BI Insurance for Public Houses

Aiken Insurances in collaboration with Ecclesiastical Insurance Ireland brought this exclusive facility to provide Property & BI insurance for Public Houses in Ireland to the market in January 2016.

We wish to thank all our Brokers for their support in making the launch of this new facility a success.

This product has been particularly competitive for Public Houses with larger sums insured and is an excellent home for such risks.

It is ideally complementary to risks where the liability is placed separately from the property and this has become very common in the current marketplace.

Many of you will know Ecclesiastical and their team’s reputation and knowledge of insuring properties with specialist needs. The team at Ecclesiastical also has extensive experience managing insurance schemes and draws on a heritage going back 130 years as well as excellent ratings from S&P and AM Best.

This product is underwritten and managed by a team based here in Ireland and will have a locally dedicated claims management service.

We have created an easy to use proposal form that captures all the relevant information in one go.

Some of the key benefits of this new product include;

  • Underwritten by Ecclesiastical Insurance (Rated S&P A- and AM Best A)
  • Commercial All Risks cover as standard, including Subsidence when Buildings insured
